<p>On Sunday June 5th 2011 I'll be taking part in a 'Tandem Skydive' at RAF Weston on the Green near Oxford. I'll be jumping 10,000 ft strapped to a highly qualified instructor. We will freefall for about 40 seconds at 120 mph before our parachute opens at 5,000 ft and we glide towards the ground.</p>
<p>I would like to raise as much money as possible to help support the children, young people and families that visit Helen & Douglas in Oxford. This charity is very close to my heart as my step-daughter Rebecca went to Douglas House for respite in May 2010 but sadly passed away there three weeks later. Eventhough her time there was very short she was looked after really well and all the staff were so friendly and supportive towards Rebecca's family.</p>
