After seeing a email passed around work and peer pressured by my friends into running this Half Marathon I have desided to really commit and raise some money for a great cause.

For all of you that know me you will understand I am not the best runner but I am determind to finish this for SANDS, this charity helps parents who have had to deal with still born or neonatal death as you can all imagen this it life shattering so please donate what you can and I will do my best to finish the run without stopping for a fag break or a taxi ride!
