Anyone who knows me will know I'm a girly girl who doesn't do running and I certainly don't do mud so in terms of a challenge this is going to be a big one for me!
Pretty Muddy is a 5k course with muddy obstacles like the cargo net crawl, the tyre hop and the mud pit (that you have to crawl through!!!!!)
Cancer research is a cause very close to my heart. I have close friends and family who either have, or are, going through treatment for cancer, and through my work at Make-A-Wish Foundation UK I hear daily of young children fighting cancer. It's an absolutely awful disease and Cancer research UK are doing life saving research into prevention and treatment.
Julie Jones and I had a mad moment and decided that after one Armageddon class we could take on a challenge event! We are determined to complete so please help me to raise some money so that CRUK can continue their work!!!
