On the 25th April I shall be taking place in this year's London Marathon. I have been lucky enough to receive a place to raise money for the charity; Action For ME. This is a charity very close to my heart as my brother Matt has suffered from the illness for the last 8 years. 

I'm very excited with the prospect of taking part in this great event, albeit slightly scared and my training has even seen me running in the snow which is something I never thought I would do! But I would like to raise as much as I can to contribute to the greatly needed research into this devastating and debilitating illness which affects over 200,000 people and their families in the UK.
