This year the M&R Charity Challenge will see us canoeing across Ullswater Lake before heading over the road to climb Helvellyn. Apparently it will take around 6 - 8 hours in total...we'll see how accurate that is!

Individually we'd say we're a mixed bunch of abilities. One team member's canoeing history includes capsizing aged around 6, being stuck underwater but able to successfully catch a watch as it floated by... Suffice to say, we're likely to get very cold and wet before the challenge is even half way through!
