Bupa Great South Run 2009 · 25 October 2009 ·

Child Autism UK (formerly known as Peach) is a national charity that supports and informs parents of children with autism, gives advice and advocates the use of early behavioural intervention programmes. Child Autism UK also raises awareness of autism and the benefits of early intervention.

Story

On 25th October I am attempting to run 10 long miles with one of my best mates, Jessica. It will be a long way for me and apparently every year it throws it down, so I will be soaking wet by the end.

However I am doing it because of a very special little boy in my life - Jessica's son - Charlie. We want to raise money for the charity which has provided support to Charlie over the past couple of years - Peach. Because of their support, because Charlie has worked so hard and because, quite simply, Jessica is such an amazing mum, Charlie has just started school this September

So please sponsor me if you can. It will mean an awful lot to us and every penny will count.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thanks so much
