Many of you may or may not know but our daughter Grace was a premature baby, as was my beautiful nephew Harry. This is why I have chosen to support Bliss as my charity for running the London marathon.

I can't explain to anybody the horrific feeling of having a baby born too soon.

Grace was born within two hours of me going into premature labour and following an emergency 'c' section she was swiftly whipped away from us. The next time I saw her was two days later, although her dad never left her side.

She was full of wires and tubes but we were lucky enough to hold her. I knew then, at that moment that I would treasure this girl forever.

We were so blessed to only have our girl in Special Care Baby Unit for 9 days but there were so many other babies that were very poorly and were there for so much longer.

The doctors & nurses on the unit are angels and I know that Bliss work alongside them helping to support parents and families at this difficult time. They also campaign to help gain the best resources available to care for these vulnerable babies.

Bliss are a non profit making U.K. charity. Please help me to raise as much as possible for them. Thank you xx
