I am taking part in the 2010 Reading half marathon and will be pounding the streets of Reading on March the 21st at 10:05 am when most of you will still be in bed asleep im sure! I have chosen to run and raise much needed funds for the local based charity, Headway.

Headway has been set up and established to provide help and much needed support for people affected by brain injury. They aim to promote more of an understanding of all areas of brain injury and trauma and together provide important information and support to people with brain injuries, their families and carers
