I'm gutted this has to be a virtual event, but I shall do my best to make it festively fun via teams in the spirit of raising some well deserved funds for a cracking charity.

Our Ivy has been diagnosed with ASD and Global Development Delay, and like most parents we were at our wits end trying to find someone to listen, talk to or not fob us off, and would you knock down with a feather, here Swings and Smiles here for us!

I honestly cried when I got an email straight back saying that Ivy could join them at a whole host of sessions and that they had sessions for siblings of children with disabilities and that we could go and have a cuppa tea!!!!!

It was amazing, and honestly the first time we visited was the first time where Ivy had not hummed or been overwhelmed at being somewhere new in what felt like forever.

We go every week, and pay the very modest subs and for that we get 2 hours of amazing fun, in a place that's safe, understanding and caters for such an array of needs its utterly brilliant and we would be lost without them.

I know its Christmas and it's such a stretch at this time of year, but I'd be so utterly grateful of any donation, these guys need £1500 a month to stay a float, and they truly make every penny work for the children and their families.
