On 24th June we're going to dangle from a little piece of rope and abseil 165ft from the Forth Rail Bridge - all to raise as much as we possibly can for VOCAL.

VOCAL is a local charity who provide support for all sorts of carers in Edinburgh. They've been a huge help for Sarah's Gran and Grandpa over some very challenging times, particularly earlier this year when they lost their beautiful daughter.

So please dig deep and donate now.
