My story
I'm running the 2012 Brighton Marathon in support of Mencap. Please, please make a donation - Mencap do extraordinary work to help those with learning disabilities. I'm extremely proud to support them, and you should be too.
This is also my first marathon, so every pound and penny is going to help me out when I inevitably hit the wall at mile 18 and start wanting to creep off and eat a pie. Thanks to everyone who contributes, however much or little - it's all deeply appreciated.

The charity believes that people should have equal opportunities in education, work and in playing a full part in the community. They believe that support for the families and carers of people with a learning disability is vital to achieving their vision
