We provide a helpline, and webchat service to help prevent suicide in the UK

Story

I'm traveling to Nepal this year for work, and if my little fat legs will make it, I'll be going to Everest Base Camp. Two weeks or so, of trekking and pooping in dodgy toilets await me, along with (hopefully some great memories and clearing of my head). I'll also be a research subject as part of my job, so this is going to be twice as hard for me - my current form of exercise is running for the train each morning, wheezing and holding my boobs in place!

I want this to be a positive experience after suffering with depression for many years and in particular the last few years have been really hard going for me, so I've decided I want to raise some money to give others a positive experience and give them a reason to form a genuine smile.

Therefore, I'm aiming to raise £250 for CALM to help fund their helpline. CALM is dedicated to preventing male suicide. In 2015 75% of all suicides were men.

I promise I'll push my overweight body as far as I can, as well as pushing my mind to create better memories and to stop fixating on the negative. Any money you can spare to support this great cause would help push me that bit further.
