On the 20th of September myself and a friend will be jumping 10000ft out of a plane in order to raise money for Charity.

For anyone who knows me you will know what a big deal this is for me as I hate flying!

I would love to raise £1000 for Mind a Charity that helps with mental illness, loss and bereavement. Charities that deal with issues such as Mental Health are often overlooked as unimportant, however 1 in 4 people will suffer and the chances are if it's not you it will be someone you know.

Mind were very important to us when we had to deal with the sudden and tragic loss of Simon's mum last year, and its because of this I have chosen to jump for them.
