Myself and 27 other mad people are taking part in Muderella UK. This 10k obstacle course will stretch us all in a range of different ways.

Training has helped us to get to know new people and has meant that many of us have become fitter and healthier.

I have chosen Alzheimer's society because it is close to my heart, but also so many people go through helping a member of their family go through this cruel illness and it is so distressing -  not only for the people who have Alzheimer's or dementia, but also for their families and carers.

I guess together we can make a difference e, however small.
