Hi Everyone

Firstly I would like to thank you for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Starting on August 6th 2011, my boyfriend and I will be cycling from Lands End to John O'Groats for the Education and Research Studies department for Neurosurgery at The Royal Free Hospital. This is a topic that is close to my heart, as back in June 2010 my youngest sister was diagnosed with a brain tumour. As you can imagine this was devastating news to my family and friends.

However due to the care and expertise of the Royal Free staff the tumour was removed, and my sister Katy is now on the road to recovery.

I would in particular like to say a huge thank you to Mary Murphy who actually carried out the operation.

We will be completing this challenge on a tandem bike, along with 12 others, who are all doing it for their own charities. The journey will take us 15 days, averaging approx 80-90 miles per day.

It doesn't matter how much you donate, all donations are very welcome and appreciated. Thanks again for all your help xx
