Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In July 2011 31 Squadron will deploy to Afghanistan in support of our ground troops.  As a Squadron we would like to do more for them.  In order to achieve this we will be running, cycling or rowing, a distance of 31000 miles, aiming to raise 31,000 pounds for Help for Heroes and tickets for troops.co.uk.  This is a difficult but achievable goal and will be undertaken whilst we are serving our country on Operations. It might sound like a crazy idea, especially in the 40 plus temperatures out here, and it will be a challenge, but that is nothing compared to the challenges our ground troops are going through. We want to help and support in anyway possible and that is why the money raised will go to two fantastic charities, Help for Heroes and Tickets for Troops.

Every little bit counts in getting towards our target, your support is greatly appreciated and I shall keep you informed of how we are getting on.
