A Way Out is a charity based in Stockton-on-Tees in the North East of England.

They work with their communities most vulnerable and hard-to-reach women and young people, who are trapped in life controlling situations (such as substance misuse, homelessness, domestic abuse, prostitution) supporting them to find a way out. Often women and young people will find themselves accessing A Way Out when they have nowhere left to turn. 

On the 10th September i'm running a 10Km race to raise money for A Way Out. Please please sponsor me if you can at all - it would be supporting a fantastic organization, and also since I can't run to save my life I could do with the support!
