On 6th October I will be taking part in Palace to Palace and will be cycling 45 miles from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle in aid of The Prince's Trust.

The Prince’s Trust do amazing work, helping 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school, many of whom are facing issues such as homelessness or mental health issues, or have been in trouble with the law. The Trust supports these young people to overcome these enormous difficulties and transform their lives.
