I will be part of a team rowing across the North Sea from Ramsgate to
Nieuwpoort, Belgium in an effort to raise money for Age UK.

We are aiming to complete the row in under 24 hours (I certainly hope so anyway!) I am a last minute addition to the team and have zero rowing experience so please wish me and the team lots of luck!

The aim of this madness is to increase awareness and raise money for the great work that Age UK do to combat loneliness and improve the health and wellbeing in old age. They provide invaluable support to the elderly and is a charity close to my heart.
