Scarlett Aurora Campbell passed away on 21st January 2012 and was delivered on 22nd January 2012. Scarlett's death was never justified and we will never know why God had to take her from us. The only way that we could make any sense of this was that she was a true Angel and was too good for this world. Scarlett's purpose as she lived 9 months inside her mummy's belly was to give her mummy and daddy the most amazing experience they have ever had. They will never ever forget the first amazing movements she made and the countless nights she spent dancing away in her mummys tummy, the first images they seen and the beautiful 3D scan where Scarlett's legs were so long they were constantly up around her beautiful head. (Turns out she was 53.5 cm's long!!) Scarlett orginally was named Eva, however her lips were so red that Scarlett seemed a much more fitting name. She sent us so many signs to let us know she was safe in heaven, one of the first being how she got her middle name, "Aurora". Her mummy had said that Scarlett was her very own Princess, Sleeping Beauty. Soon after, Scarlett's Nanny had bought her a teddy from the hospital gift shop which was one of the only "Baby Girl" gifts there. The teddys name tag displayed "Aurora", who is the Disney Princess in Sleeping Beauty. And so her middle name fit perfectly as our own princess .It was confirmed that she really was an Angel when the Aurora Borealis Northern Lights began to shine the day of her arrival and continued to shine for 3 consecutive days which has never happened before. It is also the first time that they had shone for 6 years. Scarlett's mummy and daddy had decided that they would be spreading her ashes in the Lake District as this is a place close to their hearts. The Aurora lights were visible from the Lake District for the first time in 11 years. All of these signs along with many significant others are proof that she is an Angel and is safe and sound looking down on us all.

The tragedy of her death has left us all with so many unanswered questions and therefore we have set up this page to help research and support for families in similar situations. Hopefully this will help provide some comfort and answers to families who were not so lucky to have received so many positive signs as us.

Her beautiful face, with big scarlett red lips, chubby cheeks, dimple chin and perfect complexion will remain in our hearts forever and ever. To remain innocent forever, our little "puddin chops" Scarlett Aurora Campbell. Sleep tight beautiful girl, and we will be seeing you. xxxxxxxxxxxx
