Florian's challenge to support building a school in Kenya · 22 April 2018

We operate sustainable projects focusing on education & health, relief work, provision of aid, and refugee assistance & support services. We are currently providing emergency assistance in Poland and Ukraine under Operation SafeDrop which assists in evacuations and support for refugees.

Story

Siemens Controlling and Finance Audit (CF A) is again taking on another social project to help improving living conditions for people that are not as fortunate as we are.

I am so excited to be in the team of 14 members of Siemens CF A team traveling Kenya to support the project.

From April 23rd to May 05th, 2018 we will be building a new class room and renovate the existing sanitary facilities for St Paul's Primary School in Naivasha, Kenya.

We will also provide educational support by providing remedial teaching for the local kids and by showing teachers more interactive forms of teaching to increase motivation and efficacy.

100% of all donations made to the project will used to purchase material to build the class room and to renovate the sanitary facilities.

All travel cost to Kenya will be borne by the individual employee & Siemens will "donate" the working hours of the team.

Please help to support this great cause!
