Having known Matt and Lucy for many years, I've been wanting to take part in supporting their charity Capella Foundation for a long time! 

Unfortunately, living overseas and bad timing has meant I've always missed out on their amazing events, so I'm really happy to be able to take part in their 3-peaks challenge and help raise money and awareness for this important cause. 

Please donate anything and everything you can and in return, I'll go and get really really tired climbing a load of mountains with no sleep...deal? :)
