On May 25th 2013 I intend to run the London2Brighton Challenge along side three good friends of mine. The run, which measures 100km (about 62 miles) is by no means flat and will be a serious test of fitness and perseverance as it needs to be completed with-in a 15 hour time limit.

I am raising money on behalf of a very worthy cause and one which is very much part of the local community. Great Oaks, Dean Forest Hospice provides palliative care for adults in the community who face the challenges that a life-shortening medical condition brings. Giving care and support, not only for those suffering, but for their family and friends as well.
