Thank you all very much for supporting me on this, it truly does make a difference and it's great to raise much money for a worthy cause. The ride went really well, the sun was shining, I was on home soil and also completed the course in a respectable time, so all things considered it was a very successful day. Thanks again for sponsoring me and you are all welcome to done some Lycra and join me for the next challenge. Hope to see you soon to bore you with the details. Scott

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

A little ironic for a slightly unfit and overweight Welshman, but on 12 May, I am taking part in the Carten 100 - a one hundred mile cycle ride from Cardiff to Tenby. This year the ride is raising money for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). The foundation exists to find the cure for type 1 diabetes and its complications, and is the world's leading charitable funder of such research.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
