Thank you for taking the time to read this post. Myself and a few equally foolish colleagues at St John PTS cymru Wales have decided to attempt the Welsh Three Peaks this coming September. Mount Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen Y Fan within the space of 24 hrs. 

We've set up a page on just giving in order to raise funds for St John Wales to help them continue their ongoing aim of providing training throughout the nation in order that every household has a fully trained first aider.
