On Sunday 22nd November I am running the Leeds Abbey Dash, this is a 10k road race from Leeds City Centre to Kirkstall and back.

I hope to raise funds for Overgate Hospice which is based at Elland near Halifax. Our late friend and colleague Marian O'Shea was cared for at Overgate during her final days. I hope to raise as much money as possible, I have a target of £250, all donations are welcomed and will ensure Overgate continues to support those affected by terminal illness.
