Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My parents and I have been overwhelmed by the amount of cards, letters and kind words that so many of you have sent to us. We are so proud to hear how highly thought of Scott was and how he made such an impact on so many lives.

When Scott was diagnosed with cancer back in January, he received all of his treatment at Mount Vernon. Scott told us many times how impressed and grateful he was for all the help he received from the staff there. He could never praise them enough. Sadly, there was no cure for Scott's type of cancer and he was brave enough to take part in various trial treatments.

We have chosen the Cancer Treatment And Research Trust at Mount Vernon for the above reason. We know that so many of you want to do something for Scott, and we feel that he would want the good work and research at Mount Vernon to continue, so one day they may just find a cure.
