<p>So here is our day by day blog.</p>
<p>Day 1 30th July</p>
<p><span class="messageBody">First 100 miles done and don't feel too bad to be honest. Just need to have some food and we'll be set.</span></p>
<p>Day 2 31st July</p>
<p><span class="messageBody">Another 107 miles done, now just north of Bristol, thornbury. Boys have done very well. Bring on the next 7 days of the same!!</span></p>
<p>Day 3 1st August</p>
<p><span class="messageBody">Well sat in Whitchurch, south of Chester. With another 120 in the bag. Felt a bit weary at times. Sore bum and tired legs. Time for some stretching, shower and food. Love my cycle buddies at the moment what a team. </span></p>
<p>Day 4 2nd August</p>
<p><span class="messageBody">Well sat in Kendal with another 109 done. Cross the border tomorrow. 440 now completed in 4 days. We truly are smashing it</span></p>
<p>Day 5 3rd August</p>
<p><span class="messageBody">Well day 5 another 107 done that makes a total of 550 approx. What a team performances from the boys. Climbed well over shap fell which was tough and out of Hawick.</span></p>
<p>Day 6 4th August</p>
<p><span class="messageBody">Day 6 update, well Scotland proved to be a cruel mistress, what with the rain, multiple punctures, tired legs and sore bum. We still covered 115 miles, Edinburgh was horrid to navigate through and we took 7& 1/2 hours to hit our mark. Now in Pitlochry inside 200 to go. Come on</span></p>
<p>Day 7 5th August</p>
<p><span class="messageBody">So day 7 has brought about different challenges, head winds on tired legs, still we piled through 110 miles all the way to Alness. 99.9 to go bring it on!! This has been epic</span></p>
<p>Day 8 6th August</p>
<p><span class="messageBody">Well day 8 and here we are in John o groats after smashing a further 100 miles today. What an achievement, epic!!!</span></p>
