On 24th October 2010 I'll be running the Bupa Great South Run in Portsmouth as part of a team of 15 for NORCAS.

NORCAS works across Norfolk and Suffolk helping thousands of young people and adults deal with their own and other peoples issues with drugs, alcohol and gambling. It affects people from all walks of life, and you probably know someone who has been affected by these issues.
