Donations are paid into Solving Kids' Cancer’s general funds for our charitable activities. We help families affected by neuroblastoma through the provision of support and information; as well as investing in research and advocating for access to better treatment

Story

Hi all! My team, Ponte Carlo Warriors are taking stupidity by the horns  by tackling the mammoth task that is the infamous Tough Mudder. Getting electricuted, burned and plunged into ice baths isn't really what i call an appealling challenge! But, as arduous as this task ahead will be this is NOTHING compared to what one of my family members is going through. Joseph Lillywhite is 6 years old and was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma in January of this year. Neuroblastoma is an extremely aggressive form of childhood cancer. As it is so rare, very little trials and research into the condition has been done in the UK. Up to press the NHS are doing everything they can for Joseph and fingers crossed we are seeing some positive signs towards recovery. Neuroblastoma though unfortunately has a high percentage of relapse which is why we need your backing and sponsorship. We are trying to raise £500,000 to seek help abroad if this scenerio became a reality. If Joseph was to make a full recovery and not require the funding, all monies raise will go to The Neuroblastoma Childrens Alliance to help with research and treatment for other families devistated by this horrendous illness.I understand  money is tight these days and so many charities that are worthy of your help are out there, but if you can help to support Joseph's fight, I will be forever grateful. Ponte Carlo Warriors unite!! Lets kick some Tough Mudder arse!!!
