My overly large frame is going to do what people tell me is impossible, maybe I should make a tv series.....
Anyway back to my story, after running the Swansea 10k last year, this year I will be climbing the 3 welsh peaks in 15 hours. Which is a total of 2684 metres climb (that’s easy I ran 10k) and consists of 27km of walking.
Got my compass, snacks, backpack, wru issue whistle, and my torch. And I off I will go!
