On the 8th September 2011 I will be participating in a charity event for the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital.

I will be doing 8 mini triathlons in one day at 8 different Everyone Active Leisure Centre's in the south east region.

The triathlon consists of a mile run, a 5k cycle and a 200m swim at each of the 8 centres.
