I knew Mathew since a young age growing up in Sebastopol together, he was a top man, who was taken from us too soon! So to remember Mathew and raise awareness of mental health issues, I am joining many of Mathews friends and family in an organised event where many have chosen to walk, run or cycle various distances on Saturday 9th September.
