Ladies and Gents thanks for visiting my page !

On May 15th i will be attempting the Bupa Great Manchester run, its 10k which is 6/7 miles-ish. I have never done anything like this, in fact i have done no exersize since i left school just under a decade ago, not to mention i have smoked for 11 years, so, why the sudden change in heart?........

Well, some of you will know, and some will not but my two bestest of friends Mr Daniel Rees and Miss Rebecca Oakdene had their first child on 31st October 2010 (spooky eh) but this was unfortunately 3 months too early, he was due in January 2011, we were all very worried but his health improved very quickly due to some fantastic people and the sterling work of the staff at the hospital and.....THE EQUIPMENT THEY USED !! So its time to get of my arse, raise some cash and give it to them to buy more to help more kiddies, thousands are born early every year so its only fair, right?........

You can danate as little as a quid, thats it! I know we are all asked to donate on a regular basis, i do admit it is annoying at times, we cant give to everything, but if you do have a quid on your card, please leave a little note at the bottom too.
