Hi there and thanks for taking the time to check my page out.

My reason for being involved in this charity event is partly the coercion applied Messrs Dallaglio and Croker at a Chelsea game in November, but mainly the nature of the good causes that will benefit from any donations made to support my lycra clad weave of Ireland and Scotland.

The ride will raise money for Sport Relief and the Dallaglio Foundation. Sport Relief raises money through sporting activity and uses this to support the poorest and most disadvantaged around the world and in the UK.

The Dallaglio Foundation raises money for a number of good causes including Cancer Research UK and Help for Heroes. I have been involved in a number of fundraising events in support of Cancer Research UK and am delighted that this event will support this alongside the other great causes. I do have a particular interest in Help for Heroes as a result of my own military background.

Both Sports Relief and the Dallaglio Foundation do incredible work in raising and supporting their charities and good causes and I thank-you on their behalf for helping them by supporting me in this event.

All the very best

Andy Scott
