Myself and around 150 colleagues from Capgemini (who I work for) will be taking part in the Palace to Palace charity bike ride on October 7th to raise money for The Prince's Trust. The route takes us from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle via Hampton Court Park and the Surrey countryside.

Although I've been a keen mountain biker all my adult life this is a fresh challenge for me. It promises to be great event with lots of money raised - plus I hope to get fit as a nice bonus!
