On 26th September I will be cycling 100 miles from Sheffield to Birmingham with some of my HSBC colleagues in aid of Alzheimer's Society. I'm doing this to help raise funds to treat and support people who are currently suffering through this debilitating disease. Its a charity that means a lot to me and my family and any donantion made, means so much.
