Hi there everyone!
Once again this year I'll be running in the Birmingham Great Run, though this time it will be very different.
Some of you may remember that when I ran the event last year a great friend of mine Kevin Paterson tragically lost his life shortly after completing the course.
This year I will be running alongside a group of Kev's family and friends in his memory, and we will all be raising money for the charity CRY - Cardiac Risk in the Young.
