The Plan is to Run at least 5k (3.1 Miles) every day for a calendar Year, the mileages aren't cumulative, so anything I manage each day over 5k won't affect the next days target distance.

As seen above, the aim is to raise at least a Grand for the children's charity Dreams Come True.
