The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. There is still so much to do to increase opportunities, reduce social isolation and build a brighter future for autistic people. With your help, we can make it happen.

Story

Hi

I'm walking the Staffordshire Way between Friday 7th and Monday 10th September. That's 97 miles over 4 days.

The walk will consist as follows:

1. Day 1 - Kinver to Wheaton Aston - 25 miles;
2. Day 2 - Wheaton Aston to Abbots Bromley - 23.5 miles;
3. Day 3 - Abbots Bromley to Cheddleton - 24.5 miles;
4. Day 4 - Cheddleton to Mow Cop - 16 miles.

I am doing this for personal achievement but more importantly to raise money and awareness of autism something very important and also personal to some close friends of mine; Jon & Kim Southall (http://www.autismaware.co.uk/).

I know times are hard but anything will help even if it’s a couple of quid! It'll be nice to know I've done something worthwhile once it’s done and I'm a broken man!

Cheers
