As many of you may already know sadly Fiona Hastings passed away on December 17th 2014, at the age of 26, due to Cancer of the Bile Duct. In the short time that I had to know Fiona it became obvious that she was a truely lovely person. Caring, intelligent, funny, and strong.

Fiona's passing was a tragedy. To even begin to comprehend the feelings of her family and friends is impossible. However it is these feelings which have encouraged us to attempt something special in her memory.

30 of Fiona's friends and family are going to complete the National Three Peaks challenge to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support and The Christie Hospital in Manchester in thanks for the world-class care they provided. For those of you that don't know this entails hiking the three peaks of Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowden, in as short a time as possible. This is going to be far from easy, but Fiona's memory will give us the determination to complete it. We hope we have made you proud.
