Last year I walked in blistering heat for 8 days through the Sahara desert and survived to tell the story. This year I have decided to take on a new challenge and cycle 100kms in the Essex country side. Given my natural clumsiness, this could prove rather comical. Please cheer me on as I brave cycling through London chased by double Decker busses in order to train for this event. 

In addition I have also signed up for my first marathon which I will be running a mere 2 months after this event. So please support me as I tear my body to shreds training for these two huge event's.
