Last year myself and the Bath Spa rugby team lost a beloved friend and team mate to the River Avon. So by participating in the Bath Half I aim to raise money for 'The Fire Fighters charity'. This is to help ensure that something so tragic can possibly be prevented in the future through the awareness and safety of the River Avon being raised.
