We Support heart heroes and their families to enable them to reach full potential

Story

Our beautiful son Sebastian John, was born in January 2009 with a congenital heart condition called Tetralogy of Fallot. Long story short, this resulted in him undergoing 6 hours of open heart surgery at 16 weeks of age. Without the skill of Mr Hassan and his wonderful team at the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle we dread to think what would have happened. As it was, he had a very tricky recovery period, and although he is doing really well now, he is still going to require further major surgery in the future!

We will forever be in their debt; so in our own small way would like to say thank you for saving our little boy's life, by raising funds to purchase much needed equipment for the Childrens Heart Unit Fund (CHUF) as a token of our appreciation.

Thank you so much for supporting our efforts, and if you want to see more of our fundraising plans then please visit us at www.Seb4Chuf.org.uk or on Facebook at 'Seb4Chuf'.

P.S. When you make a donation, don't forget to check the Gift Aid box if you're a UK taxpayer as then your charity can claim an extra 28% from the government!
