My sister Mica Comberti would have turned 60 years old on the day before this walk begins on 29th September.

Given Mica's stoic battle with Ovarian Cancer, I feel this is an ideal occasion to raise awareness, as if that were really necessary, and cash for a hugely worthwhile cause.

I last tried a marathon walk in, I seem to remember, 1971 so I thought it was time to have another go. At least it' doesn't involve running, and as it starts at 9.pm it shouldn't really impact on the weekend too much.......
