HI,

From the 12th-20th June 2010 i will be attempting to ride with James Cracknell and others from John 'O' Groats to Lands End. This 1000 mile journey will take me 9 days averaging 111miles per day in the saddle,  http://www.rideacrossbritain.com  for details of route etc.)

Any middle age man like me of 46 years will know that the body does not respond well to this sort of abuse, thankfully my wife has let me know that she requires no more babies so at least nothing to worry about with those bits!

Needless to say this will be my hardest challenge yet having already done the Sahara and Death Valley. It will require long sessions of training through the winter months to make it as painless as possible.

I am doing this to raise money for a charity close to my heart called Blind in Business, more of which you can see on there website http://www.blindinbusiness.org.uk and i would be incredibly grateful of any donation no matter how small to help me get over the finish line and raise as much money for this important charity.

Best

Sebastian
