Sometimes Oldies Club comes across dogs who – because of the physical or emotional damage they have suffered, or due to terminal illness – cannot be rehomed. In these cases, which have sadly become more frequent, we endeavour to provide long-term foster placements with experienced carers who will ensure these oldies know a loving, secure home for their final years. We thought that it would be a nice idea for these lovely dogs to receive extra special presents for Christmas so we have set up the Sponsor Dog Secret Santa Scheme. Supporters can donate as much or as little as they wish. The money raised will be divided amongst our 15 sponsor dogs and their fosterers will be sent Pets at Home vouchers which they will use to buy their foster's favourite things and spoil them rotten.
