Story

Hi!

I am going to be doing a sponsored 10,000 ft skydive to raise money for International Medical Corps (UK), who are a registered charity providing emergency medical relief around the world following disaster or conflict, whilst also implementing training of local healthcare workers to ensure long-term self reliance.

I would be very grateful if you could sponsor me and help me raise this money for all those in the world without medical services when they most need it, any amount will be gratefully received!

Thank you so much for supporting such an amazing cause.

Here's a little more information about IMC:

- Their main mission is to improve the quality of life through health interventions and related activities that build local capacity in underserved communities worldwide.

- By offering training and health care to local populations and medical assistance to people at highest risk, and with the flexibility to respond rapidly to emergency situations, IMC rehabilitates devastated health care systems and helps bring them back to self-reliance.

- Over the years, IMC has responded to the world's most devastating man-made and natural disasters, including famine in Somalia, ethnic cleansing in Bosnia, the Rwandan genocide and the atrocities against children in Sierra Leone

- More recently, IMC was a first responder after the 2004 tsunami in southeast Asia, the 2005 earthquake in Pakistan, responded domestically following Hurricane Katrina, the 2010 earthquake in Haiti and is among the dwindling number of humanitarian agencies still working in Darfur and Iraq.

For more information on IMC please do visit their website -

http://www.internationalmedicalcorps.org

THANK YOU!
