<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: 12pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-layout-grid-align: none;" class="MsoNormal"><em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"><span style="color: black; font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"><span style="font-size: small;">I now have a paid job at a Day Centre, working in the kitchens, and also do voluntary work in a charity shop.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>In my person centred planning meetings, I said that I really wanted to be more independent and to live by myself.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Staff helped me to aim for this and now I live in my very own flat.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>I have 40 hours support each week. I now feel much more in control of my life.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>If I want my support hours to change, then I talk to Self Unlimited and they sort it out.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>I feel very proud and happy.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>I have so much more confidence now, and my family are really pleased with what I have achieved in such a short space of time.”</span></span></em></p>
