My story

Thank you for visiting our page to support Acid Survivors Trust International.

Acid Survivors Trust International (registered charity no 1079290) is the only organisation in the world focused on ending acid violence at the international level and supporting survivors locally. Recognising the need for local knowledge and expertise in order to combat acid violence effectively, ASTI helped to establish and continues to support the development of five partner organisations in Bangladesh, Cambodia, Nepal, Pakistan and Uganda.

Acid violence is the deliberate use of acid to attack another human being. The act rarely kills but it completely destroys the lives of the victims. Acid violence is a worldwide phenomenon that is not restricted to a particular race, religion or geographical location.

ASTI is the only organisation in the world focused on combating and eradicating this horrific crime on an international level and provides the help and support which is desperately needed by the Survivors.

Please click out the official ASTI website for more information. http://www.acidviolence.org/

Any amount you can donate to us, no matter how small, will be very gratefully received and put to good use helping acid and burns violence survivors. If you are a UK taxpayer, please GiftAid your donation, as it increases your donation without any additional cost to yourself.

Many thanks,

ASTI
